The goods at the time of writing are digital products.

Due to the nature of the product, there is no need to stockpile “products” and risk not selling them.

In the normal sequence of the subscription membership, members can elect to cancel their course at any time and are not liable to pay back any monies, nor incur any future expense, save for reconciling commissions and any reasonable expenses. Members will not receive any certificate of completion should they not complete a course.

Due to the short nature of the courses, SpiderGo courses are non-registered courses and do not carry academic credits and may not be transferable to other academic institutions. Courses are less than 1 year and thus are categorised as Short Courses.
